Matthew Samsel Graduate Assistant Fellowship in Mathematics and Statistics

The fellowship award will be given to a graduate assistant of the Department of Mathematics & Statistics. The recipient will be chosen by the Chair of the Department or a committee designated by the Chair. The selection will be based on the priorities and needs with the Department. The graduate assistant fellowship would be a one-time award and would carry no additional duties beyond those assigned for the graduate assistantship. The amount of the award will be dependent on the earnings of the endowment in any given year.
