Katherine Dunham Award In Anthropology

As part of the annual Honors Day program, one or more awards in an amount to be determined by the committee, will be made to an outstanding anthropology student. Recipients will be chosen by a faculty committee of the Department of Anthropology appointed by the Chairperson of the Department of Anthropology with the following criteria: 1) Preference will be given to non-traditional students pursuing a degree in the field of Anthropology; 2) Overall grade point average high, but not necessarily the highest.
