Chancellor Sam Goldman Scholarship for Nursing Excellence Endowment

Scholarship support for SIUE students who are residents of Southern Illinois majoring in Nursing. Criteria for selection is as follows:

  • Must be currently enrolled in classes on the Carbondale, IL campus
  • Must be in good academic standing
  • Must maintain a GPA of 2.85 or above
  • Must be a junior or senior level student
  • Must demonstrate financial need
  • Must be a resident of Southern Illinois region

The amount of the award will be determined by funds available but should be at least $500 annually. Recipients will be chosen by a process established by a committee appointed by the Dean of the School of Nursing.
