Rhine Latowsky Harrison Scholarship

This scholarship provides annual scholarships to students within the School of Education Health and Human Behavior or majoring in Mass Communication. Criteria for selection is as follows:

• Recipients must be in good academic standing
• Demonstrated financial need.
• Must be Illinois residents EXCLUDING the following counties: Cook, DuPage, Lake, Macon, Peoria, Rock Island, Sangamon and Will.

Selection of recipients and pertinent details, including number and amount of the scholarship shall be made by the Scholarship Selection Committee of SIU Carbondale and/or SIU Edwardsville, and shall be made in accordance with established rules and regulations within SIU Carbondale and/or SIU Edwardsville.
