Bill & Jean Luan STEAM Scholarship - College of Arts and Sciences

Scholarship support for SIUE students in the College of Arts & Sciences. Criteria for selection is as follows:

• Graduate or undergraduate student majoring in the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) related majors of Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Physics, Art & Design or Mathematics and Statistics.
• GPA of 3.5 or above
• Completion of essay of no more than 500 words on “My inspiration using my SIUE degree to make the world a better place.”

Additional preferred criteria will be students showing an aptitude for innovation, and demonstrated applying interest and knowledge in STEAM majors to create solutions or applications for improving education and business to make the world a better place.

Recipients will be selected by a committee appointed by the Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences.
