Kay Guse Founder's Award for (SWE) Student Leadership

Scholarship to be used to provide annual financial support to officers of the SIUE Student Chapter of Society of Women Engineers (SWE).

Recipients will be chosen based on consideration of the following criteria:

• Elected as an officer of the SIUE Chapter of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) at the end of the first semester through an annual election process overseen by the faculty advisor in which all members were eligible to participate.

• Officer performs duties satisfactorily according to the respective position description who routinely attends chapter meetings as documented by the faculty advisor of the group.
