Muriel Z. Melvin Crome Memorial Scholarship

Scholarship support for students majoring in Mass Communications. Criteria for selection is as follows:

• Student who presents the best investigative work from designated courses. Courses to be considered will include, but shall not be limited to: MC 324, Advanced News Reporting; MC 424, Literary Journalism; and MC 508, Social Media Analytics.

Recipients of the scholarship will be chosen by a committee of faculty teaching the designated course work. Award amounts shall be based on funds available.
