Muriel Z. Melvin Crome Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is available to students majoring in Mass Communications. The preferred criteria for selection is the student who presents the best investigative work from designated courses. Courses to be considered will include, but shall not be limited to: MC 324, Advanced News Reporting; MC 424, Literary Journalism; and MC 508, Social Media Analytics.
The recipient of the scholarship will be chosen by a committee of faculty teaching the designated course work. The scholarship shall be based on funds available.
