Dr. Jacquelyn M. Clement Scholarship in Nursing
Scholarship support for SIUE School of Nursing students. Criteria for selection is as follows:
- Graduate Student majoring in Nursing
- CRNA student currently enrolled in the program and are completing semester 5 and/or will be enrolled in semester 6 spring semester, year (2) of the Nurse Anesthesia DNP program,
- Must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.4
- Demonstrated financial need.
- Must complete an essay 2-3 pages, 10 point font double spaced) that expresses the way they personify outstanding dedication to the profession of nursing through untiring caring, empathy, compassion and integrity
- Student must exemplify untiring caring, empathy, compassion and integrity as a professional nurse, in pursuit of graduate education and as an integral part of personal core values.
The recipient of this award will be chosen by a committee appointed by the Dean of the School of Nursing which will include recommendations from the Director of the CRNA program. Award amounts will be dependent on funds available.
