Panhellenic Values Scholarship
This scholarship will be used to recognize a worthy member of the Panhellenic community to assist with education costs. Criteria for selection is as follows:
- Be an initiated member for at least one semester of the SIUE Panhellenic council.
- Be in good standing of the SIUE Panhellenic community as well as their individual chapter.
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or above
- Complete an application which includes an essay about aspects of the Panhellenic experience and a timely topic related to Fraternity and Sorority Life. The topic will be determined by the Panhellenic Council. Applications can be found on Get Involved, the SIUE student organization management website.
The Associate Director of the Kimmel Student Involvement Center will work with members of the Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) staff to appoint the selection committee, which may include representation from the Kimmel Student Involvement Center and the Panhellenic community. Member(s) of the Panhellenic community would serve as ex-officio member(s) of the selection committee and would not have a vote in the final selection of the scholarship recipient.
