Joseph Eugene Pival Memorial Cello Scholarship

The recipient(s) will be a sophomore, junior or senior music major, or incoming freshman planning to be a music major, with a grade point average of 2.5 or higher who plays in the SIUE Orchestra plus one chamber group if assigned. The scholarship recipient(s) will be chosen by a committee appointed by the Chair of the Music Department in accordance with the University’s guidelines. The number of recipients and the exact amount of the award(s) will be determined based on the amount of spendable earnings available from the endowment.
