Eastman Chemical Company William G. Krummrich Plant Scholarship

This scholarship will be used to provide scholarship support to a student best meeting the following criteria:

• Recipient should be a graduate of any high school in Madison or St. Clair counties, Illinois, with a preference given to graduates of high schools in Cahokia, Illinois, or East St. Louis, Illinois
• Students must have an expressed interest in pursuing a degree in the fields of environmental sciences or environmental studies, or, in the case of students with a declared major, have a major specified in these fields

Preference will be given to students who have been previously recipients of the award and who have maintained a 2.5 g.p.a. while enrolled at SIUE

The award will be a one year award but recipient may reapply each year. Award payments will be made in equal increments during the academic year with the amount dependent on funds available. Recipients will be selected by a Committee appointed by the Provost of SIUE according to guidelines established by the Committee.
