Dr. Carl Lossau Distinguished Student in Geography Award

The recipient(s) will be selected by a committee appointed by the Chair of the Department of Geography in consideration of the following criteria:

• An undergraduate currently registered at SIUE with a declared major in Geography
• High academic achievement in the field of Geography
• All other things being equal, financial need may be considered as a determining factor

The amount of the award will be dependent on the funds available in any given year. An award should be for a minimum of $200. Additional awards may be given at the discretion of the committee if funds are available. The award is a one-time only award.
