The Myra Lee Rogier Lesiak Memorial Scholarship

Scholarship support for undergraduate students in the SIUE Department of Music. Criteria for selection is as follows:

• Full-time undergraduate majoring in Music – vocal or instrumental
• Demonstrated financial need

All other qualifications being equal, preference will be given to an Illinois residents. The scholarship may be used for educational costs associated with attending SIUE.

Recipients will be chosen under guidelines established by the Department of Music’s scholarship committee. Award amounts shall be dependent on funds available. Each year the scholarship committee will review recipient’s progress. Upon the results of this review, the committee may choose to award the scholarship to the previous year’s recipient or to a new recipient.
