Walgreens Diversity & Inclusion Excellence Scholarship

The Walgreens Diversity & Inclusion Excellence Scholarship is for currently enrolled students in the School of Pharmacy who have an interest in community pharmacy AND meet at least one of the following criteria: 1) embraces diversity and promotes diversity and inclusion awareness initiatives on campus; 2) represents an underrepresented group in Pharmacy. Additional Requirements: Essay explaining how he/she has made significant efforts toward raising awareness or playing an active role in educating others about diversity and inclusion related matters impacting the pharmacy profession. GPA >= 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Student should be willing to consent to the release of his/her name and photo for use by Walgreens by completing the Media Talent Release form (to be completed when scholarship is awarded). Previous recipients of the Walgreens Diversity & Inclusion Excellence Award are not eligible.
