John L. and Betty L. McDaniels Scholarship Endowment

Scholarship support for SIUE students in the School of Education, Health and Human Behavior’s Secondary Education Program. Criteria for selection is as follows:

• Junior or Senior undergraduate student
• GPA of 3.0 or above
• Must be admitted to the Secondary Education Program within the School of Education, Health and Human Behavior
• Demonstrated financial need
• Must complete a short essay no longer than 1 page double-spaced on the topic: “How this scholarship will help to attain my educational goals toward gaining professional educational licensure in my content area”.
