Rhine Latowsky Harrison Scholarship

This scholarship provides annual scholarships to SIUE students majoring in Mass Communications. Recipients must be in good academic standing and demonstrate financial need. Eligible recipients must be Illinois residents EXCLUDING the following counties: Cook, DuPage, Lake, Macon, Peoria, Rock Island, Sangamon and Will. It is the donor’s preference that recipients come from a smalI town.

Scholarship is renewable for up to three years if conditions continue to be met.
