Sara Ott Sullivan-James A. Yates Award in Economics

To memorialize James Albert Yates, Jr. by recognizing outstanding graduates in Economics. Criteria for selection is as follows:

• Senior standing with graduation in Spring or Summer of the year in which the award is given
• GPA high but not necessarily the highest. High GPA in business subjects
• Participation in campus activities indicating a well adjusted individual who will be able to make a contribution in the field of Economics

Recipients will be chosen by a committee appointed by the Chair of the Economics Department.
