Illinois Association of County Engineers Scholarship
Scholarship support for SIUE students majoring in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Transportation. Criteria for selection is as follows:
- U.S. Citizen with primary residence in the state of Illinois
- Full-time student pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Transportation
- Sophomore or Junior status
Recipients will contact a State of Illinois county engineer of their choosing to learn more about professional careers as county engineers. The selected recipient will send a summary of the conversation to the School of Engineering Director of Development before May 1 each year. Award amounts are anticipated to be two awards of $2,500 annually. Should funds available exceed $5,000, award amounts will be increased to ensure all funds are awarded annually.
