Art & Design Department Scholarship Fund

Scholarship support for deserving students majoring in Art & Design.

The Department of Art and Design, sponsored by the Office of the Provost, has been granted ten one-semester Art and Design Scholarships to award for the 2026-2027 academic year. These are to be awarded to intended freshmen art majors/incoming student art majors as well as currently declared art majors. This scholarship is based on outstanding achievement and grade point average (3.0 GPA) and covers tuition remission (no general fees or course fees). You must be registered for at least 12 credit hours during the semester of the scholarship and you must be a declared Art Studio, Art Education, or Art History major.

This award is valued at approximately $4788 (tuition remission for 15 credit hours/full time enrollment for one semester), but is subject to the total number of enrolled classes for the award semester.
