Missouri American Water Operator Scholarship Endowment

Scholarship support for students enrolled in the Operator Training Program at the SIUE Environmental Resources Training Center. Criteria for selection is as follows:

• U.S. Citizen
• Primary residence is in Missouri or Illinois
• Soon to be high school graduate or had a GED and can demonstrate better than average scores in Math and Science related material

Award distribution will be made in two equal installments. The first installment will be made based on the aforementioned criteria. The second installment will be made based on performance in the Fall semester of the training program. If the recipient demonstrates regular attendance and maintains a GPA of 2.0 in the program they will receive the second installment. If the recipient does not meet the fall semester performance criteria, the ERTC Executive Director has the authority to award the second installment to another student who is performing as described or he/she can retain it for award in the next program cycle.
