Scholarship support to recognize worthy SIUE students who help raise awareness of international issues through academic, co-curricular events and/or external activities. Criteria for selection is as follows:

• Merit and/or financial need
• Participation in any of the programs sponsored by the Center for International Programs
• Participation in academic and/or co-curricular activities and events that help bring awareness of international issues and cultures to SIUE

Applicants who are newly admitted to SIUE may be slected if they submit additional documentation about involvement in international issues at other places. The selection committee may determine the type of documentation needed. All students are encouraged to apply.

Recipients will be chosen by a committee selected by the Director of the Center for International Programs. Award amounts shall be based on funds available.
