James C. Fowler Scholarship Endowment in Engineering

To provide scholarship support for SIUE students pursuing a degree within The School of Engineering. Criteria for the selection are as follows:

• Full Time undergraduate student in freshman, sophomore, or junior year
• Majoring in Electrical Engineering
• Good academic standing

Two awards shall be made each year in equal amounts. The amounts of awards shall be based on funds available. Recipients will be chosen by a committee appointed by the Dean of the School of Engineering (SOE) which will comprise a panel of SOE faculty in consultation with the Office of Student Financial Aid.
