Carl H. and Karen A. Suhre Scholarship Endowment

Scholarship support within the SIUE School of Business’ Accounting Department. Criteria for the selection are as follows:

• Majoring in Accounting
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Demonstrated financial need
• Should reside in the metro-east and commute to campus

The amount of the award shall be based on funds available. Recipient(s) of this scholarship will be chosen by a committee appointed by the Dean of School of Business which shall be made up of faculty members from within the Accounting Department in consultation with the Office of Student Financial Aid. The committee may elect to award all or part of the available funds to one student or to more than one student.
