Constance Ann Denue Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship provides support to undergraduate students pursuing a degree in History at SIUE who are gaining hands-on experience through an internship or research assistantship in the field of History.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must:

  • Be an undergraduate student majoring in History.
  • Be participating in a History-focused internship or working as a research assistant in the field of History. Examples include, but are not limited to, HIST 490 and HIST 410.

Preference will be given to students who:

  • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Demonstrate financial need.

Recipients will be selected by a committee of History faculty appointed by the Chair of the Department of Historical Studies.
