Paul J. Baeske Incoming Statistics Student Scholarship
This scholarship provides a one-time award to incoming students pursuing Mathematical Studies at SIUE with a specialization in Statistics or Actuarial Science.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must:
- Be an incoming first-year or transfer student at SIUE.
- Declare a major in Mathematical Studies with a specialization in Statistics or Actuarial Science.
- Submit the required scholarship application prior to enrolling at SIUE.
Applicants may be evaluated based on factors including:
- Academic performance in prior coursework.
- Test scores.
- Personal statements.
- Letters of recommendation.
- Other relevant application materials.
Recipients will be selected by a committee of faculty designated by the Chair of the Department of Mathematics and Statistics.
This is a one-time, lump-sum scholarship and is not renewable.
