James C. Fowler Scholarship in Engineering

The James C. Fowler Scholarship was established to provide support for students in the School of Engineering. Recipients must be a full-time undergraduate student accepted at SIUE and majoring in a discipline in the School of Engineering; must be in good academic standing; and originate from Madison County, Illinois. If the county stipulation cannot be met, then a student from an adjacent county may be chosen.
