Dr. Vincent Masangu Shabangi Memorial Summer Undergraduate Research Assistantship Award

The recipient(s) of this scholarship will be chosen by the Chair of the Chemistry Department along with the Chemistry Department’s Student Assessment and Standards Committee.

The recipient(s) will be chosen based on the consideration of the following criteria:
1. Must be an undergraduate student majoring in Chemistry
2. Must be in good academic standing
3. Must demonstrate financial need
4. Must submit an application to the selection committee in January, prior to the award
Preference will be given to students who wish to pursue analytical chemistry research, however, other areas of research will be permitted.
