Tony DiPaolo Travel Study to Italy Award

This award is sponsored by the Matt Meluccui Italian Studies Committee in honor of Mr. Tony DiPaolo, a long-time Italian language instructor at SIUE who led study-trips to Italy. He died in late 2016.

This award is given to a deserving SIUE student who to plans to travel to Italy through SIUE’s Study Abroad Office and study the Italian language, history or culture. Payment will be made directly to the student recipient’s travel study account at SIUE. Recipient is required to provide presentation/report on his/her travel experience to the Matt Melucci Italian Studies Committee after returning from trip. Please coordinate presentation with the Chair of the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature.
