St. Louis Jazz Club Marion Long Scholarship

This $1,000 college scholarship is awarded by the St. Louis Jazz Club (SLJC) to selected college students participating in university jazz programs. Student will be selected in consultation with the St. Louis Jazz Club based on the following criteria: 1) interest in (ability to perform) traditional jazz (pre-1940, i.e. Armstrong, Morton, Ellington, etc. as applicable), 2) enrollment as a first-year college student, 3) musicianship and 4) financial need. This is a one-time only scholarship.
